Color Reactor
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Color Reactor is a puzzle game where you combine colors to try to prevent a reactor from overloading. This game was made for Godot Wild Jam # 43.
Tutorial:
- Press 'SPACE' to start a new game
- The gameboard is comprised of 3 rings surrounding a flashing center. Each ring is composed of colored segments that can be moved, combined, and split apart.
- The rings themselves can be rotated. Use W and S to switch between the selected ring, and A and D to rotate the selected ring.
- Click on a ring segment to select it, then click on another adjacent segment to interact:
- LEFT CLICK on two adjacent Primary Colors (Red, Blue, and Yellow) to combine them into a single Secondary Color (Purple, Orange, and Green), leaving one segment empty
- LEFT CLICK on any segment followed by any adjacent empty segment to move the segment to the empty space.
- LEFT CLICK on a secondary color and RIGHT CLICK on an adjacent empty segment to split the secondary color into the two primary colors from which it is made.
- The game will start with 90 seconds on the timer. You must fill the flashing portion of the reactor with the color in the center before the timer reaches 0.
- Filling the flashing section with the appropriate color will extend the timer and progress to the next level.
